07. We retain your personal data for the longest of the periods necessary to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions. Clients: the majority of information is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a maximum of 10 years after the end of that relationship. Inactive prospects: information is kept for a maximum of 5 years after their last interaction (email open, click…).

08. Your personal data is processed confidentially. We do everything in our power to take the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure its security.

Every choice made in the banner is recorded on our side (a technical identifier, the date, the categories accepted, a truncated IP address) so that we can evidence your consent. No identifying data is attached to it.
