What exactly does the service include?
Codaquest brings its mentors and materials to your offices for a full week of coding workshops. Kids learn to code (Scratch, Python, Roblox) and leave with a finished project and a certificate.
What ages?
6 to 16 years old. Kids are split into groups by age (6-9, 10-13, 14-16) with content adapted to each level.
Where do the camps take place?
In your offices. All you need is a meeting room with tables, chairs and Wi-Fi. Kids bring their own laptops or we provide tablets.
Which periods are available?
All Belgian school holidays: autumn, Christmas, Carnival, Easter and summer (July-August). Book at least 4 weeks in advance.
Is it really 100% deductible?
Yes. It's a B2B service contract. The company deducts the expense under Art. 49 CIR. When the camp is open to all eligible employees as a company event, there is no benefit-in-kind nor additional social charges.
Cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before the camp starts. After that, 50% of the amount is due. Free rescheduling to another period subject to availability.
