For event organizers
Coding becomes
your event's attraction.
Made in Asia, Printemps Numerique, Printemps des Sciences, family festivals, tech trade shows. Codaquest deploys an interactive stand with coding workshops, challenges, robots and games. Families stay longer, your event shines brighter.
Codaquest @ Your Event
We set up. We run it. We pack up.
Our team shows up with the gear, sets up the stand, runs it all day and leaves. You manage nothing. One contact, one invoice, a stand people talk about.
- Modular stand from 9 to 50 m2 depending on your space
- Mentors trained to run workshops for kids aged 6-16
- Tablets, laptops, robots, controllers. All provided
- Continuous activities or timed slots
- One B2B contract, one invoice, zero middleman
Step 01
You brief us.
Dates, available space, expected audience, duration. We lock the format in 15 minutes.
Step 02
We handle prep.
Scenography, materials, animation schedule. We align with your production team.
Step 03
We run it on site.
Setup the day before, animation during the event, teardown at the end. You just track the footfall.
Why Codaquest at your event
A stand that transforms footfall.
Families are looking for active content. Not a flyer. A Codaquest stand keeps visitors engaged 20 to 40 minutes and drives spontaneous social content.
Multiplied dwell time.
Kids spend 20-40 minutes on a workshop. Parents wander, chat, spend. Your event becomes a family destination.
Spontaneous social content.
Kids coding, robots dancing, colorful screens. Visitors film and post. Your event gets a boost on Instagram and TikTok.
Zero logistics on your side.
We bring everything: structure, tables, screens, computers, robots, signage. You provide the spot and the power.
Ages 6 to 16.
Activities tailored by age: controllers for the youngest, Scratch and Python for older kids, robotics for the curious.
Trained mentors.
Our team is trained in both kid pedagogy AND tech. They speak French, English and Dutch as needed.
Measurable ROI.
Visitor counter, photos, satisfaction survey. You get a post-event report with numbers and highlights.
Target events
Events where Codaquest shines.
We adapt the format based on size, audience and duration. Here are the contexts where our stand works particularly well.
Made in Asia
Gaming, anime and pop culture universe. Our coding + robots stand perfectly complements the family offering.
Printemps Numerique
An event dedicated to youth digital. We bring the coding initiation that the program often lacks.
Printemps des Sciences
Public science week. Coding and robotics tick every STEM box. Demonstration and hands-on participation.
Tech and innovation trade shows
CES-style, Digital First, innovation shows. A family / education area that lowers the average age of the show.
Family and kids festivals
City festivals, cultural events. An active stand that stands out from passive animations.
City and school events
Open days, municipal festivals, Brussels Days. Light stand format or full coding village.

Testimonials
What organizers say.
We were looking for a family zone that keeps visitors longer. The Codaquest stand lifted average dwell time by 35% and generated a ton of social content.
Julien P.
Event producer · Tech trade show, Brussels
Fast setup, ultra-professional team, kids glued to the workshops. We rebooked them for the next edition the moment the first feedback came in.
Aurelie L.
Head of programming · Cultural festival
A genuinely educational stand, not just a gimmick. Parents asked questions about the courses. Double win: animation plus lead generation.

Project lead · Public science event
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know.
How much space is needed?
Minimum 9 m2 for the corner, 16-25 m2 for the interactive stand, 40 m2+ for the village. We adapt to an existing space or bring the full structure.
What do we need to provide?
A 16A electrical access minimum, Wi-Fi (or we switch to 4G), and ideally a water point nearby. Everything else (tables, chairs, screens, materials) is brought by Codaquest.
What audience?
Kids aged 6 to 16 primarily, but we also welcome toddlers with accompanying adults through playful activities (controllers, pixel coloring).
How long does setup take?
2 to 4 hours depending on the format, usually the evening before or early in the morning. Teardown takes 1 to 2 hours at the end of the event.
Do you travel outside Brussels?
Yes. Across Belgium with no major logistical surcharge, elsewhere in Europe on quote (transport, accommodation, per diem included).
Can we do lead generation on the stand?
Yes. Newsletter signup form, co-branded flyers, QR codes to your site. We plug into your marketing setup without disrupting the animation.
