For event organizers
Made in Asia, Printemps Numerique, Printemps des Sciences, family festivals, tech trade shows. Codaquest deploys an interactive stand with coding workshops, challenges, robots and games. Families stay longer, your event shines brighter.
Codaquest @ Your Event
Our team shows up with the gear, sets up the stand, runs it all day and leaves. You manage nothing. One contact, one invoice, a stand people talk about.
Step 01
Dates, available space, expected audience, duration. We lock the format in 15 minutes.
Step 02
Scenography, materials, animation schedule. We align with your production team.
Step 03
Setup the day before, animation during the event, teardown at the end. You just track the footfall.
Why Codaquest at your event
Families are looking for active content. Not a flyer. A Codaquest stand keeps visitors engaged 20 to 40 minutes and drives spontaneous social content.
Kids spend 20-40 minutes on a workshop. Parents wander, chat, spend. Your event becomes a family destination.
Kids coding, robots dancing, colorful screens. Visitors film and post. Your event gets a boost on Instagram and TikTok.
We bring everything: structure, tables, screens, computers, robots, signage. You provide the spot and the power.
Activities tailored by age: controllers for the youngest, Scratch and Python for older kids, robotics for the curious.
Our team is trained in both kid pedagogy AND tech. They speak French, English and Dutch as needed.
Visitor counter, photos, satisfaction survey. You get a post-event report with numbers and highlights.
Target events
We adapt the format based on size, audience and duration. Here are the contexts where our stand works particularly well.
Gaming, anime and pop culture universe. Our coding + robots stand perfectly complements the family offering.
An event dedicated to youth digital. We bring the coding initiation that the program often lacks.
Public science week. Coding and robotics tick every STEM box. Demonstration and hands-on participation.
CES-style, Digital First, innovation shows. A family / education area that lowers the average age of the show.
City festivals, cultural events. An active stand that stands out from passive animations.
Open days, municipal festivals, Brussels Days. Light stand format or full coding village.

Testimonials
We were looking for a family zone that keeps visitors longer. The Codaquest stand lifted average dwell time by 35% and generated a ton of social content.

Event producer · Tech trade show, Brussels
Fast setup, ultra-professional team, kids glued to the workshops. We rebooked them for the next edition the moment the first feedback came in.
Aurelie L.
Head of programming · Cultural festival
A genuinely educational stand, not just a gimmick. Parents asked questions about the courses. Double win: animation plus lead generation.
