The role

When parents discover Codaquest, they have questions: which class for my child, which day, how much it costs. You answer quickly and simply, and make sure no family is left waiting.

You also give the free trial lessons, so each child leaves with a first project they are proud of.

What you will do

  • Answer parents by message, email and phone, quickly during the day.
  • Call back every family that got in touch, the same day.
  • Give trial lessons and check in with parents the next day.
  • Help organise the bootcamps: sign-ups, messages to parents, getting the instructors ready.
  • Keep each family's follow-up up to date on our platform.

This is for you if

  • You are very sociable and at ease with parents and children alike. This matters most.
  • You can code a little, in Python for example. If not, you are ready to learn the basics before you start (10 to 15 hours).
  • You speak fluent French and English, and you write French without mistakes.
  • You are organised and you do what you say, when you say it.
  • Experience in hospitality, youth work, youth movements or customer service is a plus, never a requirement.

What we offer

  • Support at the start: you listen in on the founder's calls, and the founder reads your first messages.
  • Plenty of responsibility and freedom, with a real impact on families.
  • A small, fast-growing team where you learn a great deal.
  • You work directly with Codaquest's founder.
